The entity also operated a Spanish language version of the operation under the name "Prixo Southern University" which claimed to be in Miami, FL. The Poes changed the name of the entity to "Wesleyan International University" just prior to the operation being closed down by the TX Attorney General. On March 17, 2005, the Poes were permanently enjoined from violating state law. Craig Poe was assessed attorney's fees and other expenses of $16,000 and Alton Poe was assessed administrative penalties of $100,000.

Nguyên phần này không phải để dạy anh Luận, vì anh ý chỉ giả mù ko thấy, nên ko thể giáo dục thêm được nữa. 

Beo chỉ muốn giúp các bạn phụ huynh đang có ý định cho con em mình du học tại chỗ, thêm thông tin về giáo dục Mỹ vì, những thông tin trong bài báo của Nguyễn Khanh,  điểm chính yếu nhất, vì mục đích chửi cộng sản nên đưa không chính xác. Chấp  hèn người.

Phần tố cáo của Ashwill lại cũng có điểm không chính xác nốt, khi quy lỗi trường giả do chính phía VN bịa ra để lừa học sinh.

Trong tay Beo hiện có danh sách hơn 200 trường giả tại Mỹ và sẵn sàng cung cấp cho các bạn có nhu cầu. Nó là giả thật tại Mỹ chứ ko do Việt mạo ra. Các trường (theo thứ tự entry trước)  số 8/12/15/16/17/18/19 nếu bạn sử dụng bằng do nó cấp sẽ bị phạt trong địa phận Mỹ, vì vi phạm luật pháp. Số 13 dạy mỗi luật và dùng bằng nó bị phạt nặng nhất (trục xuất).

Số 6 có giá trị trong phạm vi nước Bangladesh, số 17 tại Pakistan.

Số 10, từ lao công đến hiệu trưởng do 1 người kiêm nhiệm.

Số 3/4 thậm chí chẳng buồn nói dối về sự không được công nhận ngay trên web của mình.

Tại Mỹ có 2 cơ chế trường: lợi nhuận và phi lợi nhuận. Xin lưu ý, có 1 điều sẽ ngược hẳn với Việt nam nên ai có ý tham khảo đọc cho kĩ: phi lợi nhuận ko đồng nghĩa với trường tư. Trường tư cũng có thể là một tổ chức phi lợi nhuận. (Lọai trường này cực hiếm thu nhận du sinh, nhằm dành các ưu đãi cho người Mỹ).

Tổ chức Capstone  của A. Ashwill, là một tổ chức tuyển người dạy nghề theo lợi nhuận. Họat động tại Việt kiếm du sinh, có lẽ cạnh tranh không lại nên Mỹ lởm học thuộc nhanh bài võ Việt chọc gậy bánh xe, chơi xấu đồng đội. Nếu tử tế với giáo dục Việt, hẳn Ashwill phải nói ra điều này sớm hơn chứ ko đợi đến bây giờ. Ashwill là người khá am hiểu giáo dục Việt và đang rủ một người Việt viết chung cuốn sách về Dục Lừa.

Nói Ashwill chơi xấu, còn có 1 ý  là cố tình mập mờ về cơ chế giáo dục Mỹ, nhằm tăng tính thuyết phục cho các tố giác của mình. (Sách này Ashwill khá thuần Việt). Beo giải thích tiếp.

Mỹ không có hệ thống công nhận hay không công nhận chuẩn giáo dục, như VN.

Có một nhánh của bộ Dục Mỹ đưa ra 1 bảng chuẩn giáo dục, nhưng chuẩn này không mang ý nghĩa tốt hay xấu. Càng không mang ý nghĩa công nhận hay không cộng nhận về tính hợp pháp (như Mỹ lởm tố). Nó chủ yếu nhằm giúp cho học sinh dễ dàng tham khảo khi muốn chuyển từ trường này qua trường khác.

Tới đây, lại phải mở ngoặc giải thích thêm: tại Mỹ học sinh chuyển trường nhoay nhóay, ko chết dí một chỗ như bên ta. Học được một thời gian, chán, chúng nó tìm trường khác và dựa vào các tiêu chuẩn trong bảng nêu trên, mà biết được các thông số tương đương giữa hai trường.

Cực kì quan trọng: không phải trường nào cũng tham gia vào danh sách xếp hạng của bảng chuẩn của bộ Dục Mỹ. Việc tham gia là tự nguyện. Ví như nhiều trường danh tiếng thuộc hệ thống của Nhà thờ không góp mặt.

Không như Việt nam, Bộ Dục giành tất mọi thứ định đọat, các trường lớn và nổi tiếng tại Mỹ đều tạo nên chuẩn chất lượng của mình. Chính vì cái chuẩn tự định ra về chất lượng giáo dục ấy, mà nó danh tiếng.

Hiện nay, có trường Mỹ kiếm ăn tốt đến mức về Việt nam họp phụ huynh mỗi mùa và có lớp dạy luôn cả bằng tiếng Việt tại Mỹ. (Chuyện này Beo sẽ kể riêng trong lọat entry Giấc mơ Mỹ).

Đương nhiên, đã gọi là kinh doanh thu lời thì sẽ có các chiến lược và tiểu xảo. Ko khó khăn gì để bộ Dục Việt hạn chế các tiểu xảo, giúp phụ huynh bảo vệ con cháu mình. Họ đã không làm. Đến Beo còn có danh sách trường Mỹ lởm, thì ko thể nói họ không có, để đến nỗi công dân mình bị lừa.

Chỉ thương, xót xa cho các cháu.

MỸ LỞM

Không phải cứ sống ở Mỹ hay tiến sĩ Mỹ nói là chuẩn. Để đây đã, mai sẽ táng cho cả Nguyễn Khanh, SBTN và Mark Ashwill một bài.

Mới đây, dựa trên kết quả của Hội đồng kiểm định các trường Đại học và trường học độc lập từ Mỹ, tiến sĩ Mark A.Ashwill, người Mỹ đang làm việc tại Việt Nam, đã nêu đích danh 21 trường đại học hiện có mặt tại VN không được công nhận bởi các cơ quan kiểm định giáo dục có thẩm quyền từ Hoa Kỳ. Hay nói một cách khác, Việt Nam đang bị tố cáo dựng nên 21 trường đại học, mạo danh đại học Hoa Kỳ để thu tiền bất hợp pháp.

Tiến sĩ Mark A.Ashwill hiện là giám đốc quản lý của Capstone Việt Nam, một công ty có trụ sở Hà Nội và chuyên về việc phát triển nguồn nhân lực. Việc ông cho công bố danh sách này, đã không khác gì bom nổ trong giới giáo dục Việt Nam.

Lâu nay, tình trạng lo ngại chất lượng đào tạo của các trường đại học trong nước, đã khiến rất nhiều phụ huynh dành dụm tiền bạc để tìm cách cho em mình đi du học ở nước ngoài. Tuy nhiên, chi phí lớn cũng như điều kiện được các nước Tây Âu chấp nhận cho du học cũng không phải dễ dàng.

Chính vì vậy mà các trường đại học mang tên đến từ Hoa Kỳ, Châu Âu… được rất nhiều người ghi danh cho con em mình vào học, hy vọng sẽ có một nền kiến thức tốt đẹp hơn những gì mà nhà trường Việt Nam đang nhồi nhét.

Dĩ nhiên, giá cả của những trường đại học quốc tế như vậy không hề rẻ tiền, thậm chí nhiều trường còn hứa hẹn nếu tốt nghiệp, có thể được gửi đi học cao hơn ở các quốc gia gốc của trường. Chính vì vậy mà số lượng sinh viên trong nước tham gia học rất đông.

Hiện danh sách 21 trường đại học giả mạo danh tiếng của Hoa Kỳ được tiến sĩ Mark A.Ashwill phát đi công khai, nhưng chưa thấy thái độ phản hồi nào từ Bộ Giáo Dục CSVN. Đáng lưu ý, trong đó có Trường đại học mang tên Southern Pacific University – nơi cấp bằng tiến sĩ giả cho ông Nguyễn Văn Ngọc, phó bí thư Tỉnh ủy Yên Bái. Trước đây cũng đã có nhiều sự kiện bị phanh phui như vậy, chẳng hạn như trường đào tạo Quốc tế Raffles, giả danh đến từ Singapore. Hàng trăm sinh viên đã tốt nghiệp tại trường này đang sở hữu những chứng chỉ quốc tế vô giá trị nhưng không biết kiện ai. Phải mất 6 năm, trường này mới bị lật mặt, sau khi hốt hàng đống tiền của từ phụ huynh.

Dĩ nhiên, ai cũng biết, việc mở một trường học ở Việt Nam không hề đơn giản. Chắc chắn là phải lo lót nhiều, hoặc được hậu thuẫn từ một quan chức cao cấp nào đó. Có lẽ vì vậy mà cho tới nay Bộ Giáo Dục vẫn im lặng.

GIẤC MƠ MỸ-3

Beo sẽ kể chuyện học hành đại học của bọn nhóc nhà Beo bên Mỹ. Các bạn đã hỏi thông tin có thể tham khảo. Các hình dưới đây chụp tại trường Boston University. Beo sẽ post tiếp hình ảnh các trường Harvard  và MIT, biểu tượng của giáo dục Mỹ tại Việt nam, sau entry cuối cùng.

Riêng Tu Dinh Thi Hai và Thủy Thối Tha, xin lỗi hai bạn vì chương trình phổ thông Mỹ Beo không rành, các con Beo học phổ thông tại châu Âu, nên không trả lời các bạn được. 

Các trường hàng top tại Mỹ "kênh kiệu" lắm, nên các bạn phải kiểm tra thật kĩ thông tin với các trường về tận VN  tìm học trò. Ngay tại Mỹ, phụ huynh và học sinh muốn tìm hiểu kĩ hơn những gì giới thiệu qua trang web của trường, thì phải tự đến mà coi. Hàng ngày, nhất là vào cuối tuần, rất đông các tour như vậy. Trong hình là tour đến từ bang Utah, hướng dẫn viên(luôn luôn đi lùi) là du sinh người Nga của trường, làm ngoài giờ.
Du học sinh chỉ được phép làm ngòai giờ trong phạm vi trường và không được phép học bán thời gian ( part-time) như học sinh Mỹ. Để bảo đảm việc học, mỗi tuần được làm không quá 20h và nhận mức lương   tối thiểu: 8-10 usd/h cho các công việc: bán hàng, phục vụ cantin... Bạn trẻ nào ham kiếm tiền yên tâm, các trường đại học ở Mỹ, nhỏ nhỏ cũng bằng mấy cái city mới xây dựng của Phạm Nhật Vượng, nên không lo thiếu việc.

Cửa hàng sách trong trường B.U  5 tầng lầu. Đây là gian sách của các thầy cô trong trường. Beo cũng có ý tìm xem giáo viên Mỹ có năng làm thơ như bên ta, tìm mãi ko thấy tập thơ nào.

Trước cửa tất cả các cantin trong trường phải có bảng thông báo khối lượng ga sử dụng, nhằm bảo vệ môi trường chứ không phải nhằm báo giá bữa ăn.

 

Các lọai phòng học và nội thất khoa Quốc tế 

Khoa quốc tế học rất hiếm du học sinh đến từ châu Á. (Mỹ nhân trong hình qua tuổi đi học quá lâu nên ko được nhận). Ngược lại, khoa quản trị kinh doanh, người Tàu chiếm rất đông. TaiLong cau có mà rằng, nhà trường tham tiền nhận nhiều du sinh Tàu rồi sẽ làm hỏng giáo dục Mỹ, ví như một số chuẩn phải hạ xuống,  một bài luận 18-25 trang phải bớt xuống vài trang "chiều" năng lực tiếng Anh của du sinh Tàu.
Đại học Mỹ, một mùa học (4 tháng) trung bình đăng kí  học 4 môn. Mỗi môn rất nhiều bài kiểm tra. 15 phút, giữa kì, giữa giữa kì, cuối kì...kèm theo đó rất nhiều sách ngòai chương trình bắt buộc phải đọc. Thầy cô dễ thì chỉ nhắc nhở, thầy cô hơi khó  kiểm tra bất tử 15 phút đầu giờ xem đã đọc chưa, còn khó nữa bắt viết nguyên bài luận trình bày về những cuốn sách ấy.

Sẽ sai lầm với những cậu ấm cô chiêu nào nghĩ rằng, học hành tại Mỹ rất  nhàn hạ và được chọn học những gì mình thích. 2 năm đầu là chương trình cơ bản, giống như Việt nam, sẽ có không ít môn ngán tới tận cổ vẫn phải học. Khi bạn thi trượt, bạn chỉ được học lại  một lần. Vấn đề ở đây không chỉ mất tiền học lại, mà coi chừng với giới hạn visa. Không trường nào cấp giấy chứng nhận (mẫu này gọi là I 20- để  gia hạn visa lưu trú) khi bạn học tới năm thứ 6 cho một chương trình 4 năm. Những trường top đầu, thậm chí bạn chỉ được phép lưu ban ko quá 2 môn.

Thấy cũng lạ, Beo chưa gặp bất cứ một cháu du sinh nào hư hỏng ăn chơi, như báo chí bên nhà hay miêu tả. Dù  gia đình đều hàng khá giả nhưng chúng rất chịu học, chịu làm thêm. Lối sống Mỹ dạy cho chúng biết cách chi tiêu hợp lý. Gói cho hộp thịt đông hay cá kho tộ mang về, thể nào cũng tặng lại bác  cành lan hay chậu Rose Mary thơm ngát.

Lâu đài cổ này là quán bar của trường. Bán beer và vẫn cấm hút thuốc. Ku nào uống hết một ly chừng hơn lít được phong tước Hiệp sĩ có bằng chứng nhận. Trình ấy, nước mình chúng nó chơi một can, tước Hòang đế.

Beo viết trong entry trước rằng, tụi trẻ  Mỹ học như điên, có vẻ  chưa đủ đô. Chúng nó học như rồ như dại như ngày mai là tận thế ấy. Trước mỗi kì thi, nếu làm bài theo nhóm, Beo thường phải phục vụ xúp, chè cho các vị ấy đến 1/2h sáng là bình thường. Mỹ con  khóai khẩu nhất mì ăn liền Lẩu Thái của Việt nam đừng bỏ gói bột nêm. Không phải sợ cay mà chúng hay bị dị ứng mẩn ngứa với bột ngọt trong đó. 

Học trò Mỹ cực kì thích thể thao. Nguyên tòa nhà trên là khu tập gym của trường, ghé giờ nào cũng đông nghẹt. Ngòai phố, hình ảnh cực quen thuộc, những nhan sắc vào hàng thiên thần 18 đôi mươi, trai cũng như gái, vận đồ thể thao hùng hục chạy bất chấp mưa tuyết hay nắng nôi.

Trong sân trường. Thấy mình đuổi theo chụp hình, anh ý dấu vội dấu vàng hạt dẻ đang tha xuống cỏ, yêu không thể chịu được.
